Cookie Policy

1.What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember your preferences. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in a comparable way, and references to "cookies" in this policy include these.

2.How we use cookies

We use only the cookies that are necessary for our website to function and to keep your account secure. In particular, we use cookies to:

• Keep you signed in and maintain your session as you move around the site.
• Keep your account and checkout secure and detect misuse.
• Remember essential choices needed for the site to work correctly.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies to profile you across other websites.

3.Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the website to operate — for example, to sign you in, keep you signed in, and process your ticket purchases securely. Without them, core parts of the site, including your account and checkout, will not work. Because they are essential, they do not require your consent.

If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future — such as analytics to help us understand how the site is used — we will ask for your consent before setting them.

4.Third-party services

Some cookies are set by the trusted service providers that help us run the site securely, including our hosting and authentication providers. These support core functionality such as signing you in and keeping the service secure. For more information about how these providers and we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

5.Managing cookies

Most web browsers let you view, manage, delete and block cookies through their settings. You can usually find these controls in your browser's "Settings" or "Preferences" menu.

Please note that if you block or delete strictly necessary cookies, parts of our website may not function correctly — for example, you may be unable to sign in or complete a purchase.

6.Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
